Screw "practice" with a permit on UC Davis campus - we're having all out against the law fire-play in the main square in downtown Davis more and more often with absolutly zero police interference. The local businesses enjoy having us there, there isn't any "heirarchy", no waivers to sign, and most important of all - lots and lots of first timers coming outta the woodwork! YAAAAAYYY!!! WHOO-HOOOO EVEN!
